How do I cancel or skip a month?
After ordering, you should receive an email with a link to manage your subscription. Click the link and you should be able to cancel a month, or skip a shipment easily!
How do I update my size on my profile for my monthly shipment?
At this time we don't have a way to edit your size or preference selections for your current subscription, so please pay attention when you are doing the quiz. If you need to update a size, you will need to cancel your current subscription and redo the quiz to create a new subscription profile. Feel free to reach out to customer service if you need assistance.
When should I expect my boxes to ship?
Depending on the subscription you selected, boxes will be sent either once a month, once every two months, or once every three months. Your first box will ship around 24 hours after you place your first order. The boxes will be sent on a regular schedule on the date that you ordered (ex: If you made your first order January 1st and selected a once a month delivery, your next box will ship February 1st).
What if I hate something you sent me?
We DO accept exchanges for certain items if you absolutely hate what we sent you. Please contact customer service and they can help facilitate an exchange for something of equal or lesser value.
